Which Shocks and struts should i buy?? HELP

I have a 3" body lift on my truck and bigger tires. I do some off roading and a lot of forest serivce road travlel and it is time for new shocks and struts...what should i buy????
 
Your truck doesn't have struts, just shocks all the way around. I really like Bilsteins personally.
 
X's 2 on the bils. nice on the roads, and the best you can get for off-road with a throw away shock.
