1999 3.0 ffv running rough

My1999 ranger 3.0 ffv is running rough. replaced the plugs and wires still running rough check the coil it is ok !! had advance auto run test and it came back with cylinder 4 misfire what should i do next?
 
make sure you have injector pulse to the injector? if not, see if it's an injector driver problem at the PCM< wiring etc. if you do, check compression, make sure you have spark to the cylinder. If all is ok, take it to a ford dealer and have them do an injector flow test and see if you have a bad or plugged injector.
