It can be done, yes.
To my knowledge it invovles changing the core support out with the Explorer one.
That and, It'd take some body work, becuase if you look at your Ranger, there is a indented body line, yet Explorers do not have that body line.
I think it'd be more work that it's worth. Unless you took the grill off of a 89-92 Ranger. Then you would still have to mess with the core support, just not the body line.
