2000 Ranger 2WD DJM lower/upper control arm ball joint question

This is a question for those who have DJM upper/lower control arms that fit a 2000 Ford Ranger/Mazda B3000 2WD truck. I need to replace the ball joints for a set I'm installing so can I use stock ball joints for them or do I have to purchase specific ones made for the DJM control arms (upper/lower)?

i would call DJM. I have the arms, but they only have 3k on them so I havent looking into balljoints yet.
 
Beleive you must use the DJM joints, but am unsure. I was going to cross that road when i get there.
 
There is no contact information on the DJM website. ANyone know it?
