Ive heard rumors that the stock TB off of a 2.9 will bolt on a 2.3, it is supposed to get you about 6mm bigger. Is this true?

Never heard of anyone using the 2.9 TB on a 2.3...there was someone trying to fit a 5.0 TB...I guess anything will work with enough mods, but putting a larger TB on only means you have the potential to get more air into the engine...

I read your intro but can't recall seeing head work or other mods...that would be necessary to make a larger TB work any better...

Intake

I have a custom intake that is 3 inch from the filter to the TB, but then it bottlenecks down to like 2 1/4 at the TB. I have 15 lb injectors and was looking to get a little more air flow to even it out air/fuel mix. Either that or maybe TB spacer. Really I need to get an air/fuel ratio gauge so I can figure out where I am at in the first place. I have a fuel pressure gauge and it reads a couple pounds low, so I know that its getting more fuel then before (if my math is right about 7% more) but I have no clue where I am as far as air goes.
