Power Door locks and Power Windows in my '93 ranger

I want Electric DL and PW in my '93 ranger, Is it possible to use an 91-94 Explorer door panels and internal componets/wiring? Explorers are way more common than rangers in a jy thats why I ask.

I think it would be easier to use an after market kit that is what I did. The it took 30-45 minuets to install. This is the kit I bought http://www.ford-trucks-power-locks.com/FordBroncoRanger.asp

I've put a few of these in customers cars, great kit. If you understand basic wiring then using it with factory switches would be no problem

Only bad about these kits i would loose the OEM form factor that I want to keep any other options?
