It's a product called 'Nightshade' by VHT. I think it's just about on every big name site out there, ( i.e. Summit, JEGS) I think there's a few knock offs too so it shouldn't be too difficult to find. I used alot of clear coat and wet sanding and polishing to get mine real glossy though, since the nightshade is a flat black finish right out of the can.
