how muc would a whole prerunner kit cost??
 
Depends. 4x2, or 4x4? What year is your truck? How much travel? Leaf springs in the rear or links. Check out camburg engineering, McNeil, Dixon Bros., Giant, there are a few more but that's at least a place to start.

Take a look in the tech library under "Lift Kits" there is a pretty comprehensive list of kits available and what they are best used for.

"prerunner kits"? no idea what your talking about...

now, if your talking about long-travel supension kits, primarily for desert travel and possibly getting air, etc, then yes, there are "kits".

Camburg, Giant, Autofab, Dixon Bros, etc, etc, etc....

I just finished installing a Skyjacker 6" Class II system on my '97 2x. It will work great for moderate playing, but if you're looking for serious off road for a 2x, Camburg has some good stuff, if you can afford it.
 
Well, crossover steering setups for a 2wd are about $3500 and up. Go from there.
