help with motor mounts

I've picked up a set of motor mount brackets for my Ranger V8 conversion on my 94 Ranger. They are from TD Trans Dapt, which I ordered through Performance Improvements. Has anyone used these? The instructions are not very clear and I'm not sure how to install them. Can anyone help?
