Okay got my tranny and installed it with new clutch, pp and all that, bled the slave works great! Until last night....slammed third gear now its hard to put in first and second. It will go in, but takes a pretty good shove. I removed the shifter and looked at the end and it looks fine. Did I break a syncronizer? Bled clutch again and it had NO air in it.

I did use the clutch, but now it's hard to get into first and grinds into second. I took the top over off and the syncronizers looked fine. smooth in and out. shifter slides and rings slide fine. Put it back and the same thing. Hard first and second. Saw nothing wrong!

Is your clutch pedal way down near the floor or way up almost to the top?
I mean in gear, where does the truck start to move.
