auto to T5 swap???

Hi guys i am swapping in a t5 into my 1999 ford ranger auto. I am done minus the wiring. Anyone know what wires i need to connect for the neutral safety switch? Colors? Also for the reverse lights? Other than that i am done but i am stuck here!
