Follow the instructions is a biggie.
I had to extend my 4x4 lever, I scrounged a peice of shaft and a peice of tube the shaft fit into, welded them together. Then I drilled and tapped a .25" hole and used a bolt as a setscrew to lock the tube onto the stock lever. I saw no mention of this in the instructions.
I will try to remember to get pictures of it next weekend but no garentees.
If I had it to do over again I would relocate the fan shround instead of cutting the bottom of it out per the instructions. It works fine but it bugs me.
I took old inner tubes and filled the new space between the inner fenders and frame. I poked holes in the inner tube, drilled holes in the plastic inner fenders and pop rivoted them in. I run a fair amount of mud so I did this to help keep the engine cleaner.
I made a bracket to move the stock front bumper up and add tow points to the front. I used two plates bolted to the side of the frame with angle iron strips coming off to replicate the mounting points to the frame. I ran a single angle iron peice across that connected the two side plates, I used 2.5" but 3" would have fit perfect. I did have to knotch the bumper for the plates that bolt onto the frame. To complete the "it came that way" look I dug out my lower valance that I had take off long ago and trimmed it to fit around my new assembly.
My rear bumper is still stock and still looks like crap, I have yet to decide what to do with it.
