Put the c-6 trans(don't know what year the trans is) in my ranger this weekend and have been trying to find out what fluid to put in it, the dipstick has ford part number ESP-M2C138-CJ.I can't figure out which one of the mercon,type F, dextron 1,2 or3, or multipurpose, or dextron mercon to use it was so much easier in the 70's & 80's. Thanks for your help
