Trucks smoking and a ticking noise off and on

Well i noticed today that my truck was smoking white smoke im almost positive thats its not oil .. so i think its antifreeze so would that indicate that is a an intake manifold gasket wasn't really thinking it was a head cause it dosnt over heat or run poorly....... also i have a taping / ticking noise besides the injectors so i wasn't sure i was told that could either be too much ware between my rockers and push arms but some one also sounds like a timing chain..... so the truck has 117XXX miles so just asking some opinions Thanks Derek

Sounds like the loose intake manifold bolts.... try this:

As for the ticking....it's just the normal valve train chatter the 4.0 has. For some reason the upper lubrication of the 4.0 was left to luck and not designed very well.
