I hope those mods are for the Pinto and not the Ranger...but modding a Ranger engine is about the same...does the Pinto have the 2.0 or 2.3?
I've read quite a bit about the 2.0 engine and it sounds like a fun toy to play with...haven't seen too much on the Volvo head but someone on here years ago adapted one and it worked well...
Just curious now, but why do you need a diagram of the vacuum for the Ranger? Even with mods (except going to a carb) the vac diagram for the FI should work just the same.
If you are going to a carb setup, the vacuum is a bit different, but essentially the same...except the 2.0 Ranger carb setup...stay away from that if you want to keep your sanity...that's the main reason why I ditched the 2.0 carb in the first place...
