Does anyone have any pics of their 302? i would like to see the close clearances and any other pics would be nice. also would it be easier and/or cheaper to go carb or keep it EFI?
 
Carb is easier (and cheaper) simply because of the electronics involved with EFI. There's not a lot of room under there after the swap, but it wasn't too difficult changing spark plugs. *L* Header clearance may be an issue depending on what kind you use. I think the shorty headers work better for fit, but nobody made em back when I did mine. I don't have any pics in the comp of the swap, but we took lots of them.

The james duff header comes a little close to my drive shaft to the solid axle
