Apparently there have been several boards that someone is hacking using a bot from an IP in Israel. They try to crack passwords and once into an account they send out pm's with links to a virus download site. This is the message that we got at another board that I go to
The IP address 212.143.129.236 was attempting logins to all accounts. I've Banned the IP address, those of you getting PMS its been dealt with already ignore it and delete it and DONT CLICK ON THE LINKS!
PLEASE CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD ASAP
and please dont use password such as
1234
qaz
abcde
or anything obvious like this - those that used that password were the ones that got hacked into
