I'm Dan and I'm the second owner of a '87 Ranger 2.3 with stick that I bought from a buddy 5 years ago. It's mostly stock except for a lumpy cam and header that he installed.
I'll be moving soon to the Seattle area in 3 weeks, so you guy from Washington state what kind of modifications are allowed to the engine?
