please help.steering binds

hey
please help.after i installed my bodylift and the steering extension the steering binds while turning it. it will not pull back to straight.the manual says to frill the mounting flange but i really dont understand what they mean.please help

well im pretty fucking pissed at this stupid thing i spent hours trygint to find where it binds and i ca frigin find it.it sounds like its coming from right behind the steering wheel can someone please help me
