I've tried all day yesterday and still today. Everytime I try to log in I get a 500 Internal Server Error page.

I can't find a phone number to call them.
 
hmm, works just fine for me, I just tried
 
I rebooted and it let me in. Strange. I've never had Paypal do that before.
 
ive had problems with my security key a few days ago. it made me put in the code 2 or 3 times before it let me in. i use the same key for ebay and didnt have any problems there.
