Lady a few blocks away has a 92 seville with the 4.9 v8 and it is showing all the signs of a blown casket i.e. when it warms up it starts to bubble in the expansion tank which eventually leads to an overheating situation. I spent a while searching the net for information about this motor and find that they apparently had some sort of a problem which resulted in requiring a block sealer being added to the coolant. It sounds to me as if they had a problem with block porosity or liner sealing. If anyone has any further information regarding this issue it would be greatly appreciated.
