My Doors Rattle!

Everytime I hit a bump something in both of my doors rattles. :temper: Im assuming its something that just loosened up because its the same noise from both doors. Has anyone ran into this problem before? Any solutions? I would like to get a feel for the situation before I take my doors apart.

Truck is a 97 Ex-Cab.

with my truck, it was the plastic bushing surrounded the door pin, replaced those and no more rattle!

I had the same thind on a 90. there was a rod going through the door with a nut on the bottom of the door. tightend that up and the rattle was gone.
