Well the drivers side (bracket on passenger side) bracket has had a hairline crack in it for a while now, but when I went to retighten my drop brackets this morning I noticed it had gotten a lot bigger. I decided to have it welded up but I did'nt want to remove it. Here's what it looks like:

Thanks Boggin!

Yeah, the whole truck feels a lot better now while driving. I actually had a little play in the steering wheel which is gone now. I thought it was my steering box......hahaha

is that a new style? it dont look like a drop plate

That is looking forward from behind a the bracket that supports the driverside arm. It is also a 2wd with I beams so drop plate or whatever, it doesnt matter as there is no diff to have a hole punched in.
