I bought a new Ranger and the previous owner took out his $300 headunit. I need to replace it. I was thinking of this one however I was unsure weather it would fit in the hole.

Can you find connector adapters so you don't have to go wire stripping? If so where?

Thanks a bunch!

what your looking for is a single din head unit. an you will also need the install dash kit an a factory whip.. wiring harness that plugs into the stock harness an then either solder or crip wires to your deck wiring.

You can run a double DIN radio you just might need to do some trimming, cause i am running a single DIN Pioneer and single DIN cup/coin holder from a Ford Taurus.

Ok thanks. I ordered a Pioneer P4000 UB and got the dash kit and adapter free from crutchfield. I even got the infrared remote that attaches to steering wheel.
