99 ranger supercab seats

i have stock 60/40 seats in my supercab ranger and i was wondering if its possible to rip out airbag seats out of a big rig and install them into my ranger?

Nope was eyeing the old ''tall'' base off of my dad big Pete when I had my Heep, you need a flat floor and you'll need a sunroof to sit through. Even the ''low’’ bases are almost 4’’ high at the lowest level. Unless you wanted to cut the living hell out of your floor to put in drops to fit them. It’s not worth it IMO.
