I bet. My sister is a photojournalist and has been really into photography for a while, and she's got some cool stuff. I think I'll stick to my small handheld digital cameras though. i picked up a Nikon CoolPix L18 a little while ago after my year old Canon SD1000 develop some of the notorious lens issues.
I don't have many good shots, but here's my current computer background taken about a year ago before the Canon died;
