I recently got new bfg ta ko 245.75.R16. The problem is at highway speed i can feel the back end swaying, it almost makes me look like a drunk driver as i try to compensate. Currently the tires are at 35 psi. Should I bump them up? All other parts seem fine to me.

No, I would take them back.

They should run at 35 psi without a complaint.
