4.0exlp air parts fit 3.0 ranger

i need help to find out what air cond parts off of my 92 explore ,will fit on my 1992 ranger . the explore has a4.0! the ranger has a 3.0. the explore is my parts doner. thanks. :dntknw:

Well, it's not hard to test fit the parts, but I'd expect the condenser, evaporator, liquid line, and control head to fit. The compressor lines will fit IF the routing is the same (not likely). The compressor will probably fit, but the bracket won't. The accumulator/drier will probably fit, but shouldn't be reused. The pressure switch, wiring harness, and WOT relay are all the same.

The only thing that won't fit is the manifold lines that attach directly to the compressor.

Other than that it really is all the same.
