When I had my cruise control switch recall done a few weeks back, my local Ford dealer gave me a "Free Courtesy Checkup". The only thing they said
I needed done was the rear brakes replaced. After all, they were the originals, and the truck had >150K miles on it! I thanked them and told them I did my own
maintenance, and I would replace the brakes myself. I had checked them at 126K miles, and they had plenty of wear left on them. Today, I decided to change
the rear brakes, and here are some photos showing the original, and new brake shoes, and I think I still had a way to go:

I also took some photos on how to assemble the brake hardware, will post in another thread......

Did you check your wheel cylinders to see if they are seized? Not much wear on those shoes.

Yup, they aren't seeping, and aren't seized.
