8.8 question

i just pulled an 8.8 from under a 92 explorer sport to swap into a b2. my question is,there is a plug going to the top of the third member on the right side looking at it from the flange side.it has 2 wires,one red,one green/black stripe.what does it do? does it have a locker or is it some kind of sensor?
 
Yes, ABS sensor. If this will be a trail rig there is no reason to connect anything to it or worry about it.
 
It makes a great fill plug tho for the gear oil
