I am pretty sure 35"s will fit.. I just want to know what I can STUFF under
the truck... Its n 87 Ext Cab Ranger.. I plan on keepin the 33s for the
everyday n off roadin/hill climbing.. I would like to have 35 or bigger
for like car shows n some local driving just to give it that HUGE LOOK...

What can I stuff... I will not be off roading with the Taller tires...
Also with 7" lift n Cut-Out Fender Flares what could I fit???

Thanx,
Rob

You could probably fit 37s. I'm just wondering why you'd want the bigger tires if not for off-road purposes. You could save a lot of money and hassle by not having 2 different sets of tires depending on the purpose.

37s with some cut outs. 35s would probably work without. I'm not entirely sure of differences in wheel well size and stock suspension height of your year. But I've got a 97 with 4" lift and 33s fit near perfectly with no fender trimming.

im looking at buying an 88 on craigslist and it has a 6" susp lift and it has 35"s no trimming

on a 1st gen with some bushwackers around town u could shove some 38's.....thats with 7" of lift and bushwackers.......not that id reccomend it with ur axles, but hey, your truck

He said for shows. So he doesn't off road so that he wont damage it. Its a show truck.
I bet it looks reaaaall nice.

I've got the same setup and are running 35's but have run 36's with minimal scrubbing.

38s SWEET.....

7" lift on a gen 1 will clear 33's no cutting, 35's will rub. Ive done it. Im talking a 12.50 wide tire on wheels that make the tire stick out an 1-2"
