Big Problem!!!!!

YEsterday while cleanin out my truck, i went to replace my dome light and i hit the pos and neg wit a screwdriver. Now my wipers, speedo dont work and my airbag symbol is flickering.. Any idea on what it is. Checked all the fuses, there ok.. I need help!!

I'm guessing you have a newer Ranger, but it might help if you posted the correct year so someone who knows the vehicle can give you a better answer...but I'd say if your wipers don't work and then it's a fuse...even if you checked them, try replacing them one at a time...seen many fuses that looked fine turn out to be blown (espeicially in the corners where you can't see them well)...

take a ohm meter to the fuse, dont even have to pull the fuse out, the 2 metal tips on the top you probe, that is the only way i check fuses anymore, i learned from that mistake
