How much lift? etc etc

Wanting to clear a tire say 30 or 31" (All terrains). Wanting to keep this as LOW LOW budget as possible (as in pocket lint cost possible...lol) 1995 ranger xlt 2wd. I hate the 14" wheels....

Could be possible to stuff 30s in without any lift though you may have some rubbing issues. If you want low budget then go with a 3" body lift, that should let you clear the 31s easily.

you could trim fenders for free, make a body lift, or make coil spacers and blocks or shackles. all either free or in the $30-$60 range.
