New 2008 XL - Stiff Ride

I just bought a new 2008 XL Ranger regular cab. I like everything about the truck so far except the stiff ride. I don't plan on hauling much or doing any off-road with it so I'd like to make the ride a little more comfortable. Any Suggestions ??

hey i responded at the other site you posted on too...

break in period...new shocks...new seats are horribly stiff if oyu ask me...

A little weight in the bed?

maybe take out the overload leaf in the back, get some rs 9000 shocks or other adjustble shock and put them on setting 1
