Please Help!!!!

1991 Ford Ranger STX, I can't get the key lock cylinder out, my manual says there is supposed to be a little hole with a pin u push but there is nothing like that in sight on my truck. I dont understand I cant see any hole ive looked all over for hours. Do I have to pull the steering wheel and drill it out??? If that is the case then I don't know what the heck Ford was thinking.

you should see the hole on the underside. look at the new tumbler and you will see the pin.

I dont see anything at all, no hole or pin, Ive spent 2 hrs looking??

does anyone have any close up pics of where this pin hole is because I can't find it at all.
