... and it sucks... where the lever attaches to the thing on the seat it stripped out... anyone know how to fix it?

I just had a look at mine and there is no way to reattach the lever mechanism...that means you'd have to replace the seat if you want to fix it...unless they changed the way they're made...
Seats are fairly inexpensive...but your truck is newer than mine so they may charge $50 or so...I wouldn't pay more than that...

Same thing happened to one of my BII's on the drivers side, I drilled a hole through both peices and slid a bolt in the hole, making the seat immoveable.
Not sure if thats what you want tho..........
It kinda sux for back seat riders....lol
