I have a 1986 Ford Bronco II. Manual tranny. My master cylinder had gone out one night when i was driving home. I went to a Wrecking yard and got the cylinder and the little hose that goes in to the slave as well thinking that might help solve a problem. Well, it didn't, it is leaking right where that hose from the master cylinder comes in to the top of the clutch by the slave cylinder. So i was wondering is there a O ring there? Or is there something that i need to know of next time I crawl under there? What do i need to do?

Yeah, there is an O-ring in there.

But if you replaced it and it's leaking (really badly, I presume), I'll guess that the hitch pin isn't on correctly and the line isn't all the way in. If this is the case, you can probably grab the line and pull it at least part-way out without touching the hitch pin.

You kinda have to SEE the linkage to get it right, but that's quite difficult.

Ok thank you a BUNCH. I have another question for you if thats alright. Is that O-ring in down on the slave cylinder or is it on the hose that goes in?
