i am doing my headliner this weekend, just tearing it out and taking the fabric off and spraying 3m spray adhesive on the backing and laying the camo fabric down, i did my door sections with this iron on glue stuff, its like double sided tape that you iron on, its held up perfectly so far and you cant pull it off once you iron the material on.

take any panel or piece that you want "camo" or any color. take it out clean it really good if it is plastic or vinyl, spray glue the piece good and the backside of the material. let it set up however long the instructions tell you to, then wrap the material over that part, pulling all of the wrinkles/creases out. some parts you will realize has too many or too much curve to be perfect, but you can buy material that stretches really well.

but if you did find a camo material that stretched really good, id imagine that it wouldnt look right after it was done.
