Good donor vehicle?

I have a '92 3.0 2wd, that is in really good shape. I saw this truck today on CL, for $300. Burning alot of oil, but owner says the suspension and trans/transfer case and all is in good shape. 2.3 engine is what he tells me it has.

You converting yours to 4WD?

That transmission will not bolt up to your 3.0L engine (nor will the front suspension on your 2WD)

keep the 2wd drive nice, buy this one, slap a used motor in it and have a beater for cheap.

but like junkie said the parts from this one, will not swap over in a "bolt on" fashion on to your 2wd.
