I just purchased from the junkyard a d35 from a 4.0 Ranger. It had a lift on it so I got it all. I know it is a Skyjacker because the brackets are yellow. I did some measuring on the driver side pivot bracket and found that it is about 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 inches longer than the bracket on my truck. My brackets are a
4" trailmaster lift...So, is this lift a 6"? I thought the 4 and 6" lift brackets are the same?? Is it an 8"?? Thankx....

some componies have 6'' brackets. do u still need my coils? adda leaf

sounds like u got urself a 8" kit on the cheap, but it could very well be a 6" kit, idk whose brackets come as yellow

here is what they are talking about, as you can see there are two set of holes for the piviot bolt to go threw, the upper bolt is for 4inchs of life and the lower is for 6inches of lift.......

These are skyjacker brackets
