window motor

My driver side window motor finnaly craped out on me.. So i plan on replacing but the trick is,, how do i get it out of there. ebay has the whole lifting arm and motor for relatively cheap, but I have the panel off, but the inner metal skin, how does that come off, truck is a 94. thanks

drill all the rivets and prop up the glass or use tape to hold it up,then sneak the regulator out and put the new one in with rivets or bolts.there should be a hole in the panel large enough to get it out.maybe a small panel you need to remove first.

What kind of regulator are you buying? New aftermarket, OEM new or OEM used?
