most of them are like that now, everyone wants more quiet and more "emissions friendly"
not that cheap on the newer vehicles, cats for new vehicles are EXPENSIVE as HELL
Aftermarket high flows are still pretty cheap though.
That is a direct fit replacement cat system, the same thing that he has now but aftermarket. Note the last line in the description:

but those would require a 100% custom exhaust system, keep in mind, they have oxygen sensors in multiple places on that y pipe, before and after cats, so u would need a high dollar labor instesive exhaust to make use of aftermarket high flow cats

I would stay with the stock cats.
