And it's not exactly what I was going for. The dampers I got (Skyjacker Hydros) are fine, and were a breeze to do in the rear. When I took off the old dampers, they had about 1/2-1" of travel down before they bottomed out, and they said MOTORCRAFT on them. So it's a good bet they are factory originals, and the truck has 200k+ miles on it.

I was putting the Hyrdo's up front as well, along with some lifting coils. The guy told me it was a 3-3.5" lift, and they are from Superlift. Well, the result doesn't jive with those numbers. All I wanted was an honest 2-3" to level out the truck. I only did one side so far:

Raised the driver's side wheel to make it as level as I could(my jack has limited range):

And just found an old one. This is how the truck sat when I first got it:

The rear has a ProComp add-a-leaf, which raised the rear about 4" from where it was sitting in that last picture.

You will have to drive the truck and hits some bumps to make the suspension settle back in, it won't sit near as high as it is now once it settle again. Most leveling coils are 2" lift not 3-3.5" as that is too much lift for the stock brackets.
