when will the 09 order guide be out?

when will the last ranger guide be out for the truck that we know as the ranger? i cant imagine that there will be any major changes.

i would like to order an fx4 with the 5 sp stick and torson differential. in the 08 order guide the stick was a late add for the off road truck. :temper:

i bet its the same as the 08 one. just use that. the only thing different will probably be available colors

thats what i thought for 07 to 08. then ford changed the wheels, took away the level II and took away the stick in the fx4 first half of the year. no i dont trust ford at all.

i may have to look for an 07.

They took away the FX4 package of options and just named the FX4 Level II a FX4 (as it was in 2002)

i understand what they did and its ok if your ordering new you can get what you want. however it will be harder to find an 08 fx4 4 dr sliding rear with a stick and torsen, than it will be to find a 07 fx4 II with a stick.

just saying ford changed the order guide on the 08 even though they did not need to.

the FX4 package is basically a just a decal.

They should do a 4.6L V8 package.... I'd be all over that! Good way to make the Ranger go out with a bang!

Its a Torsen gear driven limited slip diff, and better shocks.

the torsen is optional as of 08. now its just paint(lower dsg), decal and shocks, and the chrome stick.

if its the same as 08 i will be ordering an fx4 4 door, slider, torsen, 5sp manual, 5 disc, then add the 07 dsg alcoa rims and some mud terrains.

i heard about half of the 09 order guides are out. the ranger is not out yet. this info is a week old.
