I think I can sum that one up. Hack, hack, hack, beat, grind, hack, don't need that part, beat some more. After you get past that stage it's time to grab your BFH and do the minor fitting work.

Honestly, putting a 4.6 dohc into a '98-up 2wd isn't all that difficult. You have to build your own headers or exhaust manifolds (there's enough room to run them inside the frame) and the steering shaft needs to be moved over a little (easy). The rest is real simular to a 302 swap. No mods needed to the frame or firewall. Everything in the engine compartment goes right back where it belongs.

dude your set up looks stock...cant wait to see it after the face lift...are you going to put a newer front end on?...damn you could make that thing look like a stock cobra ranger...factory...bet ford would buy it back or you could even go to sema
