I have an opportunity to pick up a set of injectors from a 91 Volvo 740 Turbo. They are physically identical to all the Ford injectors I have seen. I want to use these in my turbo swap on my 94 Ranger. Will they be adequate running 8-10# of boost on an LA3 ECM?

What flow rate are they? Anything other than the 35 lb/hr that the LA3 is calibrated for and it won't run right. That is unless you have a means to tune the LA3 and change the calibration.

they are like 32 ish...get a 3 bar fpr in there and should be ok.. I would get a set of brown tops from a svo though. 36lb/hr iirc i have 8 of the volvo injectors i tune volvo's too.

I got a set of SVO brown tops in the mail today! I am starting to get pumped about this swap. I just put a new clutch in the truck about a year ago. Am I going to have to change my pressure plate to make this work with my M5OD?

The SVO injectors are the same as the Turbocoupe injectors
UNLESS you managed to buy yourself a set of
the "Green top" EARLY SVO injectors which are only 24lb/hr.
There is no telling what impedience the Volvo injectors are and a mismatch ELECTRICALLY is just as bad as anything else you can do.
Frankly the Stock TC injectors are good to well in excess of 350hp, so I can't imagine what purpose "improvement" would serve.
