i just picked up a 93 ranger the other day and it had a bad wheel cylinder. I bled all brakes after the wheel cylinder replacement. But the brakes go all the way to the floor still and don't stop the truck at all. The brake light is on on the dash and the reservoir is full. Would a new master cylinder most likely fix the problem?

ANY hydraulic leak can cause that.

Go looking for external leaks, and go after the master only if they are all completely clean, including on the wheel cylinder and caliper pistons.

i would check for leaks like the other guy said.did it ever stop before u replaced the wheel cylinder?if it did than i find it hard to imagine that the seals in the master cylinder would go bad in the process of changing out the cylinder.if there is no leaks, then try replacing the master cylinder and hope for the best.
