will they fit my 87 b2. i know i have heard bout them working, but i wanted to double check before i take a trip for some new 33's...

Same bolt pattern, likely different backspacing, I think they'll stick IN too far....

Maybe, need to measure it....

4" backspace is supposed to be the practical limit for RBV's (at least I hope it is as that is what the rims I have yet to put on my truck are) 3.75" is ideal.

It is really easy to measure if you bring a tape measure with you when you look at them.

2001 jeep wheels?

ok i'll see if i can get the guy to messure it. and then if it looks like it will be close, i'll try them on when i get there. first i'll solve my tranny issue i think

those are negative offset wheels, they will work perfect if you have room for the 33''s they will stick out, not in because of the offset. the offsets required by the jeeps and rangers are very similiar. looks like you are good to go!
