My Window crank messed up

I had to pull the drivers side door panel off my 94 ranger and the screw for the window crank was stripped... so i did the idiot thing to do and drilled the window crank and i didnt reallize I went digging into the window regulator.
WHAT AM I SUPPOSE TO DO ABOUT THIS

nothing you can do but replace the regulator if it won't function proper, if still functional you can get some "tread restore" and pack the hole according to instruction and run new screw of appropriate size
