Let me start off by saying that I believe in giving everyone a fair chance. Ok now that that's said and done here's the story. I ordered an illuminated dpdt on/off/on switch from these people.http://www.4x4mods.com/Product/Jeep/...rswitch40.html
That was two weeks ago. I e-mailed them asking the status of the order and 2 days later finally got a reply saying it had shipped on the 14th. I didn't get the switch till today the 23rd and on the envelope it was shipped in the label shows it as shipped out on the 21st so they lied about shipping by a week and they didn't even send me the right switch. They sent me a momentary switch. One more thing. By looking at their website you would probably come to the conclusion that the image on the switch is embedded in the plastic. At least that's what it looks like to me. Nope it's a sticker stuck on a switch they probably bought somewhere else and they didn't even bother to get the air bubbles out of the sticker as they stuck it on. For 10 bucks a piece you definetly don't get your money's worth. So I'm done whining but I wanted to spread the word so no-one else on here gets screwed too.
